Hello Nicky.
I am Fiona, 53, with three grown-up kids in their thirties now.
I was diagnosed with R.A when I was 37 or 38 years old.
I take Hydroxychloriquine Sulphate.
I am sorry that you too have R.A, but it is different in
each person so fingers crossed that you will only have a
mild form.
Mine has been relatively mild up to now, but even so there
have been good times and bad times.
Today is a twingey day for me - left knee is a bit painful, but
I am hoping that will go by tomorrow again!

Hello, My name is Rose I am also a 'new' member just this week.

I was diagnosed nov 2008,still trying to get the right cocktail of drugs , have been on off metho couple times and now
trying to regulate my BP so I cam try leflum.

I have been off work from my full time job for 5 weeks during this awful flare. Looking forward to see your progress
as well.

I am married to Mike nearly 32 yrs and to grown up children I still living at home, full in Management and aged 56 yrs.

Hello Nicky,
I'm Lorna I joined in march, I too have RA which is under control now and hope it stays that way. Smile I have been married for 28 years with 3 grown up daughters. Your right it is hard to cope with when you are in so much pain, it does get easier, try not to push yourself too hard. Look forward to hearing from you online take care Lorna xx
